Founding Sales Enablement Manager

ABOUT AGENTIO

Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes.

We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.

Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.

The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner https://techcrunch.com/2025/11/18/agentio-secures-40-million-from-forerunner-as-it-scales-its-creator-marketplace-beyond-youtube/ that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025 https://www.forbes.com/sites/amyfeldman/2025/08/12/next-billion-dollar-startups-2025/. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026 https://www.inc.com/best-workplaces/2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category.

An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a traditional sales enablement role. GTM Enablement and Strategy serves Customer Success as much as Sales, and it sits at the center of how we onboard, equip, and learn from the field. You'll make sure every seller and CSM is proficient across our products, narratives, and solutions, and you'll turn what we hear in the market into ready-to-use messaging.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing. You'll work for the whole GTM org, so you need to be equally comfortable building a program and getting in the room with a rep.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Onboarding

- Design and run onboarding for all GTM hires against consistent milestones, with the goal of getting every new hire efficient within 30 days

- Build ramp plans, assessments, and certifications that tell us whether someone is actually ready, not just whether they finished the checklist

- Continuously improve onboarding based on ramp data and new hire feedback

Collateral and narrative

- Own all collateral tied to the sales and growth narrative, tailored by segment: key accounts, agencies, and core

- Keep decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and talk tracks current, consistent, and easy to find

- Make sure the story sellers tell on day 1 matches the story they tell on day 300

Tooling

- Ideate and execute internal tools in partnership with Product, such as a proposal generator, a share of voice tool, and competitive intel solutions

- Evaluate, implement, and maintain the enablement stack, and make sure people actually use it

- Define what "good" looks like and measure adoption and impact

Field listening and competitive intel

- Systematically capture what's happening in the field: calls, objections, wins, losses, competitor moves

- Turn raw competitive intel into ready narratives and battlecards that sellers can use the same week

- Close the loop with Product, PMM, and leadership on patterns you're seeing

HOW THIS ROLE WORKS WITH PRODUCT MARKETING

Product Marketing owns product substance. Their work is launch-oriented, organized around each product rollout and initiative, and in-market through alphas, betas, webinars, and product councils. Their job is making sure a launch lands in the market.

GTM Enablement owns seller readiness across every product, narrative, and solution. The work is people-shaped, continuous, and largely internal. Your job is making sure every seller and CSM, including the ones who joined last week, is proficient across all of it. PMM makes sure a launch lands. You make sure the team can carry it.

ABOUT YOU

You might be a fit if you have:

- 5+ years in sales enablement, GTM enablement, sales strategy, or a related role at a high-growth B2B company (adtech, martech, or media a plus)

- Experience building onboarding programs that measurably shorten time to productivity

- Strong writing and storytelling skills, and the ability to turn messy inputs (call recordings, competitor sites, rep feedback) into clear, usable narratives

- Credibility with sellers: you've either carried a number or worked closely enough with people who do to understand what actually helps

- Comfort working with Product on tools and workflows, and the ability to scope and ship without a big team behind you

- A data-minded approach: you set goals, track adoption, and can show impact

- Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing product and market

- Curiosity about AI and how it can change the way GTM teams learn and work

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience supporting Customer Success or account management teams, not only new business

- Familiarity with agency and brand buyers, or with creator and influencer marketing

- Hands-on experience with enablement platforms, conversation intelligence, and CRM
