Production Supervisor, Mon - Fri, 12am - 8:30am (Overnights)

About the role

The Production Supervisor supervises the activities of associates in the Service Bureau production department. This role is responsible for all equipment functionality and respective maintenance or repairs, as well as an accurate inventory of materials to ensure production needs are met. This role operates on the 3rd shift, Monday - Friday, 12am - 8:30am.

Key Responsibilities

This position is an on-site role.

• Supervises the Service Bureau associates and leads while coordinating all workflow and responsibilities.

• Responsible for all Service Bureau equipment and its upkeep, keeping all work areas safe, clean, and in good condition.

• Maintains ERP system programs to accurately enter and release inventory items, resolving discrepancies by researching inventory problems and determining the best course of action.

• Coordinates activities with other departments to ensure proper procedures regarding the movement of materials offsite and internally, double-checking all shipments leaving the facility for any errors.

• Recruits, trains, supervises, develops, and conducts performance reviews for department staff while making suggestions for continual procedural enhancements.
