ABOUT ABBY CARE: POWERING THE FUTURE OF CARE AT HOME FOR ALL OF AMERICA.

Abby Care is building the leading AI-native platform for family-led care. America is facing a growing care crisis. Millions more people need care at home than ever. Over 50 million family caregivers support loved ones without the tools, training, or recognition they deserve.

We believe families are the largest untapped caregiving workforce in America, and that technology can help them deliver better care while driving stronger outcomes and greater transparency across the healthcare system.

Abby Care combines clinical oversight with an AI-powered platform to train, enable, and support family caregivers in delivering high-quality care at home. Our platform helps health plans and government partners better understand, verify, and improve care in the home. We expand access to care, reduce reliance on higher-cost settings, and help ensure public dollars are spent effectively.

We are proud to partner with leading health plans, providers, and community organizations and are backed by top VCs. We envision a future where family-led care is a core part of the healthcare system. Abby Care is building that future.

Join us in solving one of the most important challenges of our time.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Abby Care, our mission is to empower family caregivers, and our Business Applications team is the engine that makes scaling that mission possible. We're looking for an Enterprise Applications Administrator to join an established team of three Salesforce professionals. You won’t just be managing a platform; you’ll be directly impacting our ability to deliver care to families faster and more efficiently. Over years of rapid growth, our system has accumulated technical debt, and we need a relentlessly resourceful team member to help us clean up our foundational architecture, drive scope conversations, and build out the automations our internal teams need most.

This role is highly collaborative but requires an independent, outside-the-box thinker. What works for one market launch might not work for the next, so you’ll need to think on your toes, ask the exact right questions, and bring a can-do attitude to every challenge. Working alongside your Salesforce peers, you will partner with cross-functional teams to build out use cases, configure validations, and reduce manual data entry, which directly translates to our teams having more time to support the families who depend on us. If you are driven to redefine what's possible in healthcare operations and want to build scalable systems that matter alongside a talented technical team, this is the role for you.

This is a Full-Time Hybrid opportunity based in San Francisco, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:

- Drive Scope & Build Use Cases: Partner closely with internal stakeholders and your Salesforce peers to understand daily workflows, ask the right questions to uncover true business needs, and translate those into technical solutions—building exactly what our teams need to effectively support our families every day.

- Redefine What's Possible through Automations & Validations: Build advanced flows, custom objects, and robust validation rules to eliminate manual data entry steps, saving our teams hours of productivity so they can focus deeply on families instead of doing busywork.

- Drive Expansions with Urgency & Precision: Configure Salesforce record types, page layouts, flows, and validation rules for upcoming state launches. Knowing that what works in one market may not work in another, you will adapt and build autonomously to ensure a flawless, rapid technical rollout so we can reach waiting families nationwide without compromise.

- Resourcefully Tackle Technical Debt: Work collaboratively with the Business Applications team to clean up duplicate fields, inconsistent naming conventions, and state-specific silos to build a healthier, highly scalable Salesforce foundation.

- Secure the "Families First" Experience: Enforce strict, role-based access across Salesforce, Dialpad, PandaDocs, and other tooling to ensure HIPAA minimum-necessary remediation, keeping our families' sensitive health data completely secure.

- Keep Our Teams Moving: Share the management of a high volume of daily requests—including field fixes, data corrections, report adjustments, and peripheral tool integrations—bringing a can-do attitude to empower our teams to operate smoothly and maintain a positive environment.

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex, fast-paced environment.

- Strong ability to build and troubleshoot advanced Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and custom objects.

- Strong technical scoping capabilities and excellent cross-functional communication skills across business and engineering stakeholders.

- Familiarity with AI capabilities and a strong interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to automate routine business processes and boost user efficiency.

- Experience tackling technical debt and cleaning up cluttered Salesforce instances.

- Familiarity with maintaining security controls and role-based access, ideally within a HIPAA-compliant healthcare environment.

- Experience integrating external tools like Dialpad, PandaDocs, or similar SaaS products

- Familiarity with CTI and enterprise telephony integrations (e.g., Dialpad, Twilio, Five9).

- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work from our office 3-4 days per week.

BENEFITS:

- Competitive compensation packages that reflect the value you bring. We reward our team for the impact of their work.

- Comprehensive health coverage that works for you. Choose from high-quality medical dental and vision options, including a $0 deductible PPO and a company-funded HSA, alongside employer-paid life and disability insurance.

- Generous paid time off. We provide policies that allow you to recharge along with 10 paid company holidays.

- Financial savings benefits to support your future. We support your financial well-being with HSA contributions, optional FSA and commuter benefits, and full coverage of all 401(k) account fees (employer match not currently offered).

- Paid parental leave to support your growing family. We provide up to 10 weeks of paid parental leave based on tenure, so you can focus on bonding and adjusting to life as your family grows.

OUR VALUES

1. Families First

Redefining healthcare starts with how we treat the parents and children we serve. We go above and beyond for every family, building strong, lasting relationships. We continually ask ourselves, “Would we want this for our own families?”

2. Urgency with Precision

3. Relentlessly Resourceful

As an ambitious startup, we adapt quickly and make the most of limited time and resources. We solve challenges with creativity to deliver results without unnecessary complexity.

4. Purpose with Positivity

We take our mission seriously while never losing sight of the people behind the work. Respect, kindness, memes, and coffee make us stronger as a team and better for the families we serve.

5. Driven to Redefine What’s Possible

We are here to make healthcare better, which means asking hard questions, challenging outdated systems, and finding smarter, more compassionate ways to deliver care.
