What You Will Do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports

• Provide exceptional service to residents and team members

• Manage the property budget and support the achievement of operational and financial goals

• Drive revenue growth through effective leasing and renewal strategies

• Oversee leasing and maintenance operations to ensure community performance and resident satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards

• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, service, and results
