Warehouse Training Supervisor

Days and Shift Information

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.

• Standard business hours, with flexibility to support operational needs, project implementations, and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding and training programs for new and current warehouse employees.

• Provide hands-on training for shipping, receiving, inventory handling, repack operations, and other warehouse processes.

• Support cross-training initiatives to increase employee versatility and operational effectiveness.

• Provide hands-on training for sit-down and stand-up forklifts and other Powered Industrial Vehicles.

• Build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with employees across departments and shifts.

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment requiring regular physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 33 lbs.

• Regular interaction with warehouse employees, supervisors, and team leads across multiple departments and shifts.

• Frequent hands-on operation and training involving Powered Industrial Vehicles, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

• Requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or other shifts based on business needs.
