The Spa Manager directs the staff at one of our Flagship locations to the highest level of customer service, total customer experience, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must possess a valid NYS Massage Therapy License

• Perform 25, 50,80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting

• Hiring & Training of Spa Desk Staff

• Scheduling Desk Staff

• Coaching of staff 

• Service revenue goals    

• Retail revenue goals    

• Event planning        

• Direct client outreach    

• Direct client in-reach 

• Product inventory
