We’re hiring a General Manager for Foxchase Apartment Homes in Alexandria, VA.

As General Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the community, with responsibility for your team, resident experience, leasing performance, and financial results. This role is ideal for an experienced property management leader who understands both the people and business sides of running a successful apartment community.

What We Offer

AIR offers competitive compensation packages that reward performance, including:

• Estimated salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 + 20% target bonus opportunity. Your pay rate will be based on your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the role.

What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the on-site leasing and maintenance teams

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure a high standard of service for residents

• Manage the property budget and drive revenue and financial performance

• Monitor leasing activity, sales performance, occupancy, and other key business results

• Partner with your team to improve resident satisfaction and the overall community experience

• Ensure community operations follow company policies and applicable legal requirements

• Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and create an environment where team members can succeed
