Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant - Stone Creek

We are hiring a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at our apartment community Stone Creek Apartments in Port Arthur, TX.

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional resident experiences while helping prospective residents find a place they're proud to call home. What We Offer

AIR offers a competitive total rewards package designed to reward performance and support your success, including:

• Base Pay of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + Competitive Commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.• Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including:• Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.

• Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease

• Longer lease term: 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length

What You Will Do

• Conduct apartment tours and guide prospects through the leasing process

• Build relationships with prospective residents and deliver exceptional customer service

• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Consistently meet or exceed leasing goals

• Support marketing and resident retention initiatives

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
