Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant - Preston Reserve

We are hiring a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at our apartment community Preston Reserve in Cary, NC. 

As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you'll play a key role in driving leasing activity, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to the success of the community. This position is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer service skills who enjoys building relationships and achieving goals.

What We Offer

AIR offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and support your success, including:

• Base Pay of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour + Competitive Commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

• Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including:• Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.

• Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease.

• Longer lease term: 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length.

• 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community.• Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.

• Possible Extended Time Off (depending on business need) to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended.• You will keep all your benefits (including your 25% rent discount) during this unpaid break while you refresh and recharge during the holiday season.

What You Will Do

• Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospective residents, scheduling and conducting tours, and effectively communicating the value of the community.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and performance expectations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents while creating a positive leasing experience.

• Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.

• Contribute to community marketing and outreach efforts.

• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
