In this role, you'll guide prospects through the leasing process, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive the success of the apartment community. What We Offer

AIR offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and support your success, including:

• $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on skills and experience

• Commissions for new leases and renewals

What You Will Do

• Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospective residents, scheduling and conducting tours, and showcasing the unique value of the community.

• Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.

• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly leasing goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating positive experiences and meaningful connections.

• Provide leasing support to other AIR communities as needed.

• Contribute to marketing, outreach, and resident engagement initiatives.

• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
