Supervisor Surveillance

• Observe gaming and non-gaming activity by monitoring electronic surveillance equipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws, procedures, regulations and rules and protect company assets from illegal or questionable activities.

• Detect cheating, theft, embezzlement, illegal activities and procedure/policy violations in all areas of responsibility.

• Prepare reports and/or verbalize the occurrence of unusual activities to the 

• Surveillance Manager, Director and/or department heads as required.

• Compile and maintain evidence to assist the property or BGC in any legal actions, employment matters and/or arbitration/grievance proceedings that may arise.

• Know how to operate all equipment used by the Surveillance Department and utilize them to their fullest capacity.

• Review coverage completed by agents and have additional coverage added when needed.

• Assign task to agents to agents on a daily basis when needed.

• Train, coach, discipline, supervise and handle scheduling of department employees.

• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
