Occupational Therapist (OT) — Home Health | $10K Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time / Part-Time | San Francisco & San Mateo County$60–$75/hour | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-time means a full-time paycheck. Our therapists are paid hourly for their scheduled hours, including drive time and documentation. No per-visit pay, no unpaid charting, and a growing patient census that keeps your schedule steady.

At Health Link Home Health & Hospice, we believe great patient care starts with supporting the clinicians who deliver it. For over 20 years, we've served the Bay Area with a focus on clinical quality, strong systems, and a collaborative culture. We're growing our team and looking for an OT who wants meaningful work, modern tools, and a team that's truly there for them.

You'll be assigned one dedicated territory, either San Francisco (full-time) or San Mateo County (part-time), designed to minimize drive time and keep your day manageable. SF patients are spread across neighborhoods like the Sunset, Richmond, and Mission; Peninsula patients run from Daly City down through Redwood City.

Why OTs Choose Health Link
