Operations Team Member

Are you a detail-oriented team player looking to grow your manufacturing career? As an Operations Team Member (Machine Helper), you will play a vital role in our daily operations by preparing finished goods for shipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with machine operators and shift teams to deliver top-quality products safely and efficiently.

Shift & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday - **IMMEDIATE NEED**

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday 

What You Will Be Doing

• Quality & Packaging: Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods according to customer specifications and quality standards.

• Operational Support: Prepare cores for machine operators, track multiple packing orders simultaneously, and keep work stations stocked with packaging materials.

• Team Collaboration: Communicate shift updates and coordinate across departments to keep production running smoothly.

• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area using 5S practices, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols as a team role model.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in group problem-solving and quality improvement projects.
