• Participate in ongoing investor events, both executive-led and IR-led

• Independently lead one-on-one meetings with shareholders and analysts where relevant

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the investment community, including buy-side investors, sell-side analysts, retail shareholders, and finance content creators

• Synthesize insights from shareholders and analysts to provide context for management decision-making

• Lead the development of new external disclosures, including a new investor presentation

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CFA and/or MBA preferred

• 5+ years at a public company, including hands-on investor relations experience

• Experience in financial services and/or broker-dealers preferred

• Deep understanding of financial statements and metrics analysis

• Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to provide both tactical and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the investment community
