Role Purpose:

The IP Operations team within NBCUniversal’s Intellectual Property Analytics, Operations, and Technology (IPAOT) department is seeking an Analyst to support the protection and enforcement of NBCUniversal’s intellectual property rights across digital platforms, with a primary focus on Generative AI-related enforcement.

This role will help monitor, investigate, and address unauthorized uses of NBCUniversal content, brands, characters, trademarks, and other intellectual property across Generative AI platforms, tools, services, and related digital ecosystems. Additional responsibilities will include monitoring and enforcement across key mobile application marketplaces and major online marketplaces involving counterfeit home entertainment items, such as DVDs, Blu-rays, and related physical media. The ideal candidate will use strong investigative skills and sound judgment to navigate digital platforms. They will also have an interest in emerging technologies and intellectual property protection efforts.
