We're seeking an energetic and visionary professional to design, launch, and lead our new Career Hub, an enterprise-wide resource dedicated to helping employees explore opportunities, build skills, navigate career pathways, and achieve their professional goals.

As the architect of this exciting initiative, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop the strategy and vision for a groundbreaking career development program

• Build the Career Hub from the ground up

• Create innovative resources, tools, and pathways that help employees learn, grow, and advance

• Coach and guide employees as they explore new career possibilities

• Partner with leaders and colleagues across the organization to drive engagement and impact

• Continuously evolve and manage the program to ensure long-term success

What Will Make You Successful

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, Career Development, HR, or a related field

• Strategic thinking with the ability to turn vision into action

• Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship-building skills

• Passion for helping people learn, grow, and succeed

• An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building new programs from the ground up

• Ability to inspire others and lead change
