How you will do it

You will proactively maintain positive, personal relationships with customers and internal staff. Regularly contact customers to support customer parts goal achievement, identify and develop sales opportunities, and resolve service issues. Create and distribute frequent customer-facing communications and occasional presentation materials. Follow up with customers on sales and marketing initiatives. Train customers on system tools (esp. Solution Navigator and Go Temp Pro applications). Fulfill occasional field requirements for customer-specific ad-hoc sales and performance reporting, recommended to stock lists, marketing collateral materials, etc. Periodically review open order reports and otherwise proactively identify and resolve issues before they are raised by customers.

Occasional travel (<5%) may be required for training, customer or industry events, joint sales visits with outside sales team members, or independent sales visits.
