Communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner, accept and process

payments from restaurant guests utilizing a computerized cash register and 

maintain an accurate bank.

• Operate computerized cash register to itemize and total guest food checks. 

• Accept and process payments from customers in the form of cash, room 

charges, and credit cards in accordance with established procedures. 

• Prepare and maintain tip pay-out slips.
