You will serve as Principal Manager or General Foreperson of the Maintenance Branch; subdivided into the Heating Ventilation Air conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, Maintenance Evening and Night trade shops, Elevator, Electrical, Fire Electronics, and Plumbing trade shops.
