Maintenance Tech I

• Performs preventive maintenance schedule and completes maintenance work orders. 

• Repairs and solves maintenance problems, including items such as changing out electrical fixtures, installing ceiling tiles, cleaning fan coil units, repairing/replacing toilets, and installing and troubleshooting residential appliances.

• Performs minor troubleshooting of dietary equipment and plumbing repairs. Completes boiler checks and reporting procedures. Accurately reads basic drawings and blueprints.

• Assists with maintenance of Lifeline and phone systems.

• Maintains work area in a clean, safe and professional manner. Assists in maintaining minimum working stock of parts.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time Position- 40 hours a week

• 2 shifts available:• Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm OR

• Monday - Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm• every other weekend and holiday.

• Pay: $20.00/hour
