Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Budget Officer

The Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Budget Officer (DCFO/CBO) serves the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as the deputy manager, integrator, consultant and advisor on all FHWA financial management and budgetary matters. The position's portfolio includes the availability of appropriations, allocation of Federal-aid and other highway program funds, audit issues, financial management initiatives, and any matter that could affect FHWA's financial resources.
