Assembly Technician

Taking direction from Managers and Team Leads the Assembly Technician will be expected to read and understand electrical schematics, assemble control panels and equipment of varying size and scope to meet client and product specifications, and conduct pre-testing quality control as well as testing of completed systems. The Technician will also assist with routine shop and equipment maintenance. A background in electrical/ control systems and PLC experience is a plus. This position may require infrequent travel for installation/service deployment.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Proper utilization of all common, electrical, and carpentry shop tools 

• Assembly of electrical sheet metal enclosures 

• Computer literacy 

• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary or other assigned duties
