Engagement Lead, Future Platforms | Housing

About EliseAI

At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.

By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

- Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.

- Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.

With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $350 million https://eliseai.com/blog/intelligence-is-getting-cheaper-life-should-too funding round at a $4 billion valuation led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners to accelerate this mission.

The Future Platforms Team - Executing on EliseAI’s Future Products

The Future Platforms team is responsible for executing on the next generation of AI products and business lines. This team will blend go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy with a mandate to push the frontier of AI and own everything required to take them from idea to market leadership.

Our goal is to take Elise from agentic AI to truly end-to-end autonomous operations, fundamentally transforming how housing operators run their businesses and how residents experience their homes.

Future Platforms will operate as a startup within a startup, run like a Seed or Series A company but with the capital, resources, and market access of a well-funded Series E, deep C-suite involvement (CEO, CRO, CSO, CTO) and founder-level ownership from day one.

About The Role

As an Engagement Lead on the Future Platforms team, you’ll help found and scale a critical new function at EliseAI: taking our future platform products from early customer promise to live, adopted, business-impacting deployments. This is a cross-functional, high-autonomy role that sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and execution.

You’ll act as the primary driver of engagement success: building alignment across complex customer stakeholder groups, guiding high-stakes implementation and workflow decisions, and coordinating tightly with Product and Engineering to translate real-world needs into clear requirements and shipped improvements. Because this platform is early-stage and scaling quickly, you won’t just run engagements—you’ll systematize how we do them, building repeatable playbooks, processes, and systems that let us scale rapidly without losing quality.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate like a founder: comfortable with ambiguity, strong in stakeholder management and execution, energized by building internal systems that scale, and willing to do whatever it takes to drive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own engagement success end-to-end: Serve as the primary driver of customer deployments from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization; ensure outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder alignment

- Support sales and expansion: Participate in later-stage sales and pre-sales discovery to set up successful engagements; help scope realistic engagements and identify follow-on opportunities

- Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning: Translate fuzzy goals into crisp requirements, workflows, success metrics, and rollout plans; guide customers through tradeoffs, product constraints, and adoption choices

- Run the execution motion: Maintain multi-threaded project plans under ambiguity; coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders; create clear operating cadences, risk tracking, and launch readiness

- Configuration and launch: Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training teams to drive product configuration, data migration, launch, and successful adoption

- Inform and support product development: Partner with Product/Engineering to define net-new product workflows and requirements and help shape the product roadmap—based on scoping learnings, customer input, and real-world usage

- Build the scalable playbook: Turn lessons from engagements into repeatable processes, templates, and systems—improving speed and quality as we scale

- Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

- 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups

- Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by STEM degree or equivalent technical background

- Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously with strong judgement in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- Proven ability to independently manage complex projects end-to-end in a client facing setting
