Program Manager

About Apollo

Apollo Information Systems is a cybersecurity services company delivering comprehensive security and compliance programs to organizations that need measurable protection without the burden of building it alone. Backed by a Series A investment led by Syn Ventures, Apollo is pioneering a cybersecurity-as-a-service model that replaces fragmented tools and episodic engagements with unified, outcome-driven security programs.

Through Apollo Aegis - a subscription-based cybersecurity and compliance platform - and a full portfolio of managed security, advisory, assessment, incident response, and offensive security services, Apollo helps organizations reduce risk, simplify operations, and maintain continuous compliance. Apollo's primary markets include state and local government, K-12 and higher education, and mid-market enterprises, with deep specialization in election security.

This is a customer-facing, hands-on program leadership role. - Serve as the primary liaison between Apollo leadership, business units, SAIC, DIR, customer stakeholders, and Apollo's project manager, assessment and engineering teams

- Set the communication and escalation cadence for each engagement

- Own the program budget , with support from Project Managers, across all projects, including the revenue/cost forecast, staffing and vendor costs, and margin and utilization reporting by engagement and total program

- Identify cross-project risks and issues threatening program-level objectives

- Manage Apollo’s CJIS program including ensuring all members are cleared through the background investigation process, providing recurring reporting as necessary

- Contribute to PMO process and tooling improvement, and support capture/proposal activity with delivery estimates and past performance data from the program.

- Develop update reports to key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure no gaps in prime or Apollo understanding of program and project statuses
