Sales and Events Manager

Our client, a hospitality ownership group, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for one of its boutique lifestyle hotels in Atlanta.

This role will focus on driving small group and event business, including room blocks of approximately 10 guestrooms or fewer, as well as catering and event business without a guestrooms component. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and building strong relationships across a variety of market segments.

This is a highly client-facing role for a proactive, relationship-driven hotel sales professional who enjoys prospecting, conducting site tours, entertaining clients, and converting opportunities into guestrooms, event space, and food & beverage revenue.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in an independent, lifestyle-driven hotel environment and knows how to creatively position a unique property within a competitive market.
