Office-Based Dental Anesthesiologist — No Call. No Nights. No Weekends. 1099, FT, and PT opportunities available | Competitive Compensation | Long-Term Stability | Exceptional Quality of Life Washington — Federal Way · Puyallup · Seattle · Bellingham

Join Ambulatory Anesthesia Care, a physician-led group redefining anesthesia through a modern, office-based model built around clinical excellence, autonomy, and genuine work-life balance.

Our patients are healthy, office-based pediatric and adult dental patients. Cases have short sedation and recovery times, and our dental partners start early — which means most days wrap up by early afternoon. That's time back for your kids' after-school activities, your own appointments, or simply enjoying everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Why Join AAC?

• Consistent, predictable schedules — no nights, no call, no weekends

• Fully office-based pediatric and adult dental anesthesia practice

• True clinical autonomy — flexible procedure days/week

• Stay close to home — scheduled at one office per day

• Excellent safety outcomes and high patient satisfaction

• Long-term stability — established contracts with room to grow

• Turnkey operations — we handle staffing, medications, equipment, and logistics

• Strong provider retention and low turnover — our clinicians stay because they love it here

• A culture of trust and respect between physicians, staff, and patients

What We're Looking For

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dental Anesthesiologist

• Strong experience in office-based dental anesthesia

• Active Washington license (or willingness to obtain)

• Prior office-based or ASC experience preferred

• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care and patient safety

• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

What You'll Get

• Competitive compensation

• Comprehensive benefits (if W2): medical, dental, vision, malpractice, 401(k) with match

• Retention bonus to support a long-term partnership

• A role that honors your specialty, supports your autonomy, and protects your life outside of work
