NBCUniversal is looking for an attorney to join the Advertising & Partnerships Legal team as Counsel. This position will support the NBCU Advertising & Partnerships team on a wide range of matters, including in-show integrations, production of custom commercial content, ad innovations, live events, and more, across NBC, Bravo, Telemundo, and Peacock. The position is based in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, practical legal advice on advertising campaigns, including risk assessments for senior executives.

• Review creative content for legal considerations including regulatory compliance, intellectual property clearance, and guild considerations.

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including:• Agreements with advertisers, including brand integration agreements, custom content agreements, and sponsorship agreements; and

• Talent and influencer agreements.

• Support live events and experiential activations.

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting advertising and provide internal trainings and resources.

• Contribute to team-wide initiatives and support cross-functional legal projects.
