Manager, Software Engineering (Marketplace Performance)

At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most.

We’re evolving our marketplace by building Affirm's first fully-featured ads platform to make a best in class shopping destination for our merchants and customers. We know that by pairing consumer insights, segmentation and personalization with our vast network of merchants, we can achieve that goal. The Marketplace Performance team owns the foundation of several key monetization artifacts that drive GMV for the company. We work cross-functionally to achieve these goals by closely partnering with our Revenue, TAM, CSM and Merchant partners.
