The Business Operations & Strategy team sits within the Founder’s Office, a team of high-agency generalists and ex-founders with extremely high leverage and own things like partnerships, business development, pricing strategy, AI transformation, data/analytics, growth, etc.

Your primary goal will be to accelerate and streamline our enterprise go-to-market motion - working closely with our GTM team to close deals. Initiatives will range from developing pricing & packaging strategy, to building internal deal and pricing processes, to proposal creation and negotiation across our enterprise customer base.

- Build and scale internal pricing / commercial processes to match Decagon’s growth

- Help shape Decagon’s commercial strategy alongside the rest of the Founder’s Office team

- Be a thought leader in how to price agentic AI solutions

Your background looks something like this

- 2+ years of experience in investment banking / private equity / venture capital or high-velocity startups

- Deep curiosity and desire to solve hard problems

- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them

- Strong cross-functional collaborator

- Top tier communication skills - both verbal and written

Even better if you have

- Experience building or scaling a pricing function at a high-growth or early-stage company

- Have an intimate grasp on using cutting edge AI tooling to supercharge your productivity

- Data analytics skills (SQL, Python, etc)
