About Decagon

Decagon is the leading conversational AI platform empowering every brand to deliver concierge customer experiences.

Our technology enables industry-defining enterprises like Avis Budget Group, Block’s Cash App and Square, Chime, Oura Health, and Hunter Douglas to deploy AI agents that power personalized, deeply satisfying interactions across voice, chat, email, SMS, and every other channel.

We’re building a future where customer experiences are being redefined from support tickets and hold music to faster resolutions, richer conversations, and deeper relationships. We’re proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including a16z, Accel, Bain Capital Ventures, Coatue, and Index Ventures, along with many others.

We’re an in-office company, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and velocity. Our values — Just Get It Done, Invent What Customers Want, Winner’s Mindset, and The Polymath Principle — shape how we work and grow as a team.

Decagon is looking for someone to join the Business Operations & Strategy team. The Business Operations & Strategy team sits within the Founder’s Office, a team of high-agency generalists and ex-founders with extremely high leverage who own things like partnerships, business development, pricing strategy, AI transformation, data/analytics, growth, and more.

This is an exciting role blending strategic thinking and high-caliber execution. We are looking for highly-motivated problem solvers who combine analytical rigor with world-class relationship building skills.

You’ll be working on the most pressing strategic and cross-functional problems that are top of mind for the company. Examples include: accelerating and streamlining our enterprise go-to-market motion, revamping enterprise pricing strategy, setting company-wide OKRs, and building internal platforms and tooling.

Given the fast-changing nature of the team, your scope will be primarily determined based on a combination of your experience and company needs. This could mean working across several areas as a generalist or initially taking on a more focused role within the team.
