ABOUT THE ROLE

If you’re the kind of engineering leader who’d rather ship than spectate, this one’s for you. You’ll lead a team building core product and platform capabilities for over 100 million creators — shaping system design, driving execution, and partnering with product, design, and data science to deliver experiences people actually love. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll set technical direction, grow your team, and keep things moving in a fast-paced, music-obsessed environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own the technical direction for your team’s domain, driving architecture decisions and ensuring scalable, high-quality systems that serve millions of creators

- Build, coach, and grow a team of engineers — hiring strong talent, running effective performance cycles, and creating a culture where people do their best work

- Partner with product management, design, and data science to define roadmaps, scope projects, and ship features that move the needle

- Navigate the full development lifecycle from ideation through launch, managing tradeoffs and removing blockers so your team stays focused and shipping

- Champion engineering craft across your team — code quality, robust testing, and the right balance of rapid iteration with long-term maintainability

- Contribute to Suno’s mission of making creative fulfillment a daily reality for everyone by delivering the tools and platform that turn imagination into music
