• Partner with AIR and Blackstone leaders to shape transaction strategy, evaluate risk, and support investment decisions.

• Coordinate underwriting, due diligence, investment committee materials, legal documentation, financing coordination, and operational transition planning.

• Lead, teach, and mentor a team supporting underwriting and transaction execution, setting clear expectations, building capability, and ensuring the team delivers accurate, timely, and high-quality work.

• Collaborate with Asset Management, Debt Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, Operations, Construction, and other cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined execution.

• Manage multiple acquisition and disposition processes simultaneously while maintaining transparency, accountability, and momentum.

• Travel regularly to build relationships, tour assets, attend meetings, and support transaction execution; travel is frequent and based on deal flow and market activity.

• Director Scope: Sets direction for a portfolio or function, leads complex cross-functional work with enterprise impact, partners closely with senior and executive leadership, and is accountable for sustained execution and results at scale.
