Full-time means a full-time paycheck. Our therapists are paid hourly for their scheduled hours, including drive time and documentation. No per-visit pay, no unpaid charting, and a growing patient census that keeps your schedule steady.

At Health Link Home Health & Hospice, we believe great patient care starts with supporting the clinicians who deliver it. For over 20 years, we've served the Bay Area with a focus on clinical quality, strong systems, and a collaborative culture. We're growing our San Francisco team and looking for a PT who wants meaningful work, modern tools, and a team that's truly there for them.

You'll see patients across SF's neighborhoods, from the Sunset and Richmond to the Mission and beyond, with a territory designed to minimize drive time and keep your day manageable.

Why PTs Choose Health Link

- Reliable income: Many agencies promise full-time work but only pay per visit, so a light week means a smaller paycheck. At Health Link, full-time staff are paid hourly for their scheduled hours, and our growing census means a steady, consistent caseload.- Hourly pay that covers your whole day: A long visit, a tough drive across the city, or a complex note never costs you money.- AI-assisted charting: Smart documentation tools on company devices that cut charting time and keep your evenings free.- Real-time support in the field: Our experienced clinical team can help with a new situation, call a patient when you're running late, or handle a lab result, so you're never on your own.- Quality-driven bonuses: Bonuses are based on patient outcomes and quality of care, not how many patients you see.- SF-friendly commute: Mileage reimbursement, a company vehicle (based on availability), or rideshare credits.- A manageable pace with organized scheduling and a team that respects your time.
