- Passion for the Sector: A strong interest in the automotive or EV sectors and a commitment to maintaining high standards for safety and quality.

- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting technical findings and collaborating with teams.

- 1+ year of experience in any field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

NICE TO HAVE:

- Tool Familiarity: Experience with Vector CANoe, PCAN, or issue tracking tools (Jira, Polarion).

- Embedded Expertise: Experience with embedded Linux, Android, or QNX.

- Hands-on Experience: Participation in extracurricular engineering projects like SAE/FSAE.

- Version Control: Git experience.

Don’t meet every single requirement? If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
