ABOUT ANDROMEDA

Andromeda is a market and infrastructure platform to buy, sell, and operate compute.

We believe demand for compute will grow exponentially. So fast that a handful of vertically integrated providers won't be able to scale across operations, capital, supply chains, and politics to serve it. The result is a massive wave of fragmentation, with AI factories of every shape and size coming to market to fill this demand. Our job is to enable all of that fragmented compute to flow through one platform, delivering reliable capacity to model builders, research labs, and inference providers when they need it. We believe every spare electron should be made productive for AI and we're building the platform that makes that possible.

We sit at the center of three forces:

- Companies that need reliable, high-performance compute fast

- A fragmented global supply of GPUs across hyperscalers, neoclouds, and independent data centers

- Capital, risk, and operational complexity that most teams are not equipped to manage

When we succeed, trillions of dollars of compute will flow through Andromeda. Builders get capacity when they need it. Providers get a reliable way to monetize, operate, and finance infrastructure at scale. Capital gets an easy way to deploy, hedge, and underwrite.

In five years, Andromeda won't just participate in the AI infrastructure market. We will shape it.

THE ROLE

The Head of Partnerships is responsible for creating and executing strategic partnerships for Andromeda, with compute providers, AI labs, OEMs and others. You will create industry defining partnerships, that have material impact on our revenue and scale.

What You’ll Do

- Build and own the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying and sourcing partners to negotiating terms, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management

- Create distribution partnerships with GPU cluster providers who need access to Andromeda's demand network — helping them find their first customers while expanding our supply

- Develop partnerships with VC funds and accelerators to channel their portfolio companies’ compute needs to Andromeda

- Identify, structure, and close strategic agreements with AI labs, OEMs, data centers, and other key stakeholders in the compute ecosystem•

- Define compelling value propositions for each partner type and tailor engagement models accordingly

- Own KPI frameworks for each active partnership, tracking revenue contribution, utilization, and growth

- Drive cross-functional coordination with infrastructure, sales, and technical teams to bring partnership agreements to life

- Build the processes and playbooks for a scalable partnerships function

What We’re Looking For

- Proven track record of originating and closing high-value strategic partnerships — ideally in compute, cloud, AI, or an adjacent technology sector

- Equal parts dealmaker and operator: you can identify and open opportunities and drive full execution to live partnership

- Strong project management instincts — you own the full lifecycle, not just the handshake

- Deep familiarity with the compute ecosystem and the ability to build compelling value propositions for diverse partner types

- Skilled negotiator who can align stakeholders at all levels — from founders to technical leads to procurement teams

- Comfortable operating with ambiguity; you build structure where none exists

- Self-directed and high-energy; thrives in a startup environment where speed matters

Strong Candidates May Have

- Prior experience in AI, compute, semiconductors, or cloud infrastructure

- Experience building ecosystem or channel partnership programs at scale

- Existing relationships with VC funds, accelerators, AI labs, or GPU providers that translate directly into partnership opportunities

- A track record of building industry-defining partnerships in a startup environment

Why You’ll Love It Here

- Impact: Own one of the most strategic functions at Andromeda — your partnerships directly unlock revenue, supply, and ecosystem scale

- Real business: Complex, high-value commercial agreements with material impact on company trajectory

- High-growth environment: Get in early at a company at the center of the AI infrastructure boom

- Ownership: Direct line to founders and full latitude to build the partnerships function from the ground up

- Competitive compensation: + meaningful equity

- Comprehensive benefits: for you and your dependents, including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and unlimited PTO
