ABOUT ANDROMEDA

Andromeda is a market and infrastructure platform to buy, sell, and operate compute.

We believe demand for compute will grow exponentially. So fast that a handful of vertically integrated providers won't be able to scale across operations, capital, supply chains, and politics to serve it. The result is a massive wave of fragmentation, with AI factories of every shape and size coming to market to fill this demand. Our job is to enable all of that fragmented compute to flow through one platform, delivering reliable capacity to model builders, research labs, and inference providers when they need it. We believe every spare electron should be made productive for AI and we're building the platform that makes that possible.

We sit at the center of three forces:

- Companies that need reliable, high-performance compute fast

- A fragmented global supply of GPUs across hyperscalers, neoclouds, and independent data centers

- Capital, risk, and operational complexity that most teams are not equipped to manage

When we succeed, trillions of dollars of compute will flow through Andromeda. Builders get capacity when they need it. Providers get a reliable way to monetize, operate, and finance infrastructure at scale. Capital gets an easy way to deploy, hedge, and underwrite.

In five years, Andromeda won't just participate in the AI infrastructure market. We will shape it.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Strategic Compute Finance Lead to own the financial strategy, modeling, and deal execution behind Andromeda’s global compute portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure finance and commercial execution. We’re building the financial architecture that supports how Andromeda acquires, finances, and deploys GPU compute at scale — from capex planning and scenario modeling to deal structuring and lender relationships. This is a financial modeling and deal execution role, not a trading or capital markets function.

We’ve established the foundational layer of our compute portfolio and are now focused on expanding capital capacity, deepening lender relationships, and building the financial infrastructure to support our next phase of growth. The right person would rather build the process than inherit one.

What You’ll Do

- Lead financial planning and performance management across Andromeda’s GPU cluster portfolio — including NPV/IRR modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluation for procurement decisions

- Own the financial architecture of major infrastructure deals — modeling time-value-of-money trade-offs across long-term contract structures and build/lease/route decisions

- Serve as Andromeda’s primary point of contact with lenders and debt partners — managing covenant reporting, draw schedules, and ongoing lender communications

- Structure and raise financing packages that align debt terms with cluster deployment timelines and revenue ramp

- Build and maintain multi-year capex forecasting models across procurement, energy, and operations

- Work with the finance team to set capital allocation priorities and establish financial controls to manage spend at scale

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in infrastructure or project finance, private equity focused on physical assets (data centers, fiber, energy, or similar), or investment banking with an infrastructure focus — ideally a background that started in IB before moving into infrastructure PE

• Hands-on experience building complex financial models involving hardware procurement, colocation, energy infrastructure, or other capital-intensive physical assets

• Familiarity with the economics of GPU compute, data center operations, or cloud/neocloud business models — you understand what drives unit economics in compute infrastructure

• Experience structuring or raising debt financing and managing lender relationships; able to translate financial analysis directly into deal terms

• Ability to build financial frameworks from scratch where assumptions shift and data is incomplete — strong judgment on when to be precise vs. directional

• Comfort operating in a lean, high-trust startup team with direct founder access; you’d rather build the process than inherit one

Why You’ll Love It Here

• Impact: Own the financial infrastructure of one of the most capital-intensive businesses in AI — your models directly drive how Andromeda deploys capital

• Real business: Meaningful deal flow, complex transactions, and direct line to founders

• High-growth environment: Get in early at a company at the center of the AI infrastructure boom

• Ownership: First finance hire shaping this function from the ground up

• Competitive compensation: + meaningful equity

• Comprehensive benefits: for you and your dependents, including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and unlimited PTO
