Electrical Engineer

ABOUT US

AIM builds autonomy for the real world—robots that move mountains. Our systems combine software, electronics, mechanics, perception, and mission-critical infrastructure into ruggedized machines operating on jobsites around the world. We replace manual, repetitive, and high-risk work with intelligent machines that transform how earthmoving gets done.

Electrical engineering is a critical part of these systems. Our autonomy hardware includes compute platforms, sensors, power systems, safety mechanisms, and wiring architectures that must perform reliably in harsh environments. We build electronics that operate through dust, mud, vibration, temperature swings, and the realities of field deployment.

We're growing quickly, scaling globally, and building the technology foundation that will shape the future of construction and autonomy. Learn more about AIM here. https://aim.vision/about

ABOUT YOU

You're an engineer who enjoys building and troubleshooting real-world systems. You have strong fundamentals in electronics and enjoy seeing your designs move from concept to hardware operating in the field.

You have experience with PCB design, electrical testing, sensors, embedded systems, or system integration. You're comfortable working with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other lab equipment to debug issues and validate designs.

You enjoy collaborating across disciplines and are excited to work alongside software, autonomy, mechanical, and field engineers to solve challenging problems. You take ownership of your work, seek feedback, and continuously look for ways to improve your designs.

You want to build technology where reliability matters and where your work directly impacts autonomous machines operating in real-world environments.
