About Clover Health

At Clover Health, our mission is simple but powerful: to improve every life by delivering care that is high-quality, accessible, and rooted in compassion and innovation.

This is not a clinic churn. It's healthcare in the home, caring for medically complex Medicare members where their real-life barriers are visible.

You see the medications on the table, the fall risks, the caregiver dynamics, the food insecurity, the missed follow-ups, and the small clinical changes that can become major health events if no one catches them early.
