Entry-Level Civil Roadway Engineer [0-2 yrs exp]

We are seeking a passionate Entry-Level Civil/Roadway Engineer to join our growing transportation group in Boise, Idaho. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects across Idaho, including work for public agencies like ITD, local agencies, and municipalities. You will support multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with clients, contributing to projects that positively impact communities throughout the state.

In this position, you will:

• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of transportation engineering projects, ensuring adherence to ITD and local standards.

• Prepare plans, profiles, cross sections, details, quantity calculations, and cost estimates under the mentorship of experienced engineers.

• Develop and organize design files and technical deliverables using civil design and computer-aided drafting software.

• Coordinate with drainage, utility, structures, traffic, survey, environmental, and other project disciplines.

• Participate in field visits, site assessments, and construction observations while following applicable safety requirements.

• Contribute to team discussions, quality-control reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
