Particle Board Flaker Knife Grinder

The primary purpose of the PB Knife grinding and setting operator is to prepare and deliver timely and high quality sharpened wearing pieces to be installed in the production machines. The personnel is in charge to set-up and operate grinding machines to shape and sharpen knives and cutting tools to specification using blue prints and knowledge about abrasives and metal properties. Further duties may include assisting maintenance personnel, when requested, in the troubleshooting, repair, or preventive maintenance of equipment in order to support continuous operations on the production line.
