Quality Assurance Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in Exton, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes.

• Trouble shoots motors and motor controllers.

• Set up and operate machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.  Verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications.

• Verify dimensions and alignment of assemblies.

• Confer with engineering and production personnel with any non-conformances.

• Maintains certificates of conformance requirements

• Final inspection approval or rejection on finished product, writes report of examinations, and maintains inspection records.

• Development and continuing review of a coherent quality assurance program in conjunction with management staff.
