Fullstack Engineer

Position Overview

Bobyard is building modern software for construction. As we scale, we need engineers who take full ownership — from product design through production.

You’ll work across React, Django, and PostgreSQL to ship features, design systems, and run them in AWS/GCP. No layers of process. No ticket queues. Just clear problems, strong teammates, and customers who depend on what you build.

What You’ll Do

- Own the stack: React, Django, PostgreSQL. Build, ship, scale.

- Design for scale: APIs, data models, infra that perform under load.

- Frontend craft: Performance, UX, architecture. Ship interfaces users want to use.

- Ship with conviction: Partner with product, CV, and design. Launch features that matter.

- Run production: AWS / GCP. Deploy, monitor, debug. Ensure reliability.

- Move fast: Prototype quickly. Iterate with users. Invest where it works.

You Are

- High-ownership: Thrive in ambiguity. Create clarity and deliver.

- Product-minded: Understand why we build. Strong judgment. Advocate for users.

- Technically strong: System design, performance, architecture. Scaled systems or learn quickly.

- Full-stack: Frontend to infra. No handoffs. Accountable for outcomes.

- Fast learner: Pick up new tools and ship.

- Startup-focused: Prefer impact over process. Execute in a fast environment.

- Reliable under pressure: Handle multiple priorities. Sequence and deliver.

A note on pace

We ship weekly, and priorities move as we learn from customers. Requirements are often incomplete when work starts, and you'll be expected to shape them. If that pace excites you, you'll fit in well.
