Account Executive, Strategic Partnerships — Creators

ABOUT AGENTIO

Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes.

We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.

Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.

The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner https://techcrunch.com/2025/11/18/agentio-secures-40-million-from-forerunner-as-it-scales-its-creator-marketplace-beyond-youtube/ that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025 https://www.forbes.com/sites/amyfeldman/2025/08/12/next-billion-dollar-startups-2025/. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026 https://www.inc.com/best-workplaces/2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category.

An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a role for someone who waits for inbound leads, relies on a warm intro, or needs hand-holding to hit quota. This is a role for someone who wakes up thinking about their pipeline, uses AI like a weapon, and closes deals that most people don't even know how to get into.

As an Account Executive on our Creator Partnerships team, you'll own the supply side of Agentio's marketplace — building direct relationships with the world's most influential creators and the C-suite leaders at top talent management firms. You'll be closing partnerships worth hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars, and you'll be doing it fast, at volume, with zero excuses.

We're a team of five today. The people who perform here won't just hit quota — they'll define what great looks like and build the team around it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Hunt relentlessly. You own a large outbound pipeline and you're responsible for filling it, moving it, and closing it. No lead gen team. No hand-offs. You build from scratch and you love it.

Execute multichannel outreach at high velocity. Email sequences, LinkedIn, phone, in-person, referrals, client entertainment — you use every channel and you use AI to do it faster and better than anyone else in the market.

Close complex, high-value deals. You're selling to CEOs, founders, and executives at leading creator management firms. This requires executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to run a real sales process — not just relationship management.

Use AI as your unfair advantage. You don't send generic outreach. You use AI tools to research, personalize, prioritize, and follow up at a scale that would take most reps three times as long. You're constantly testing new tools and automations to sharpen your edge.

Become a genuine expert. You deeply understand creator economics, management structures, platform dynamics, and what actually drives decision-making in this space. You don't just pitch — you consult.

Feed the product roadmap. Your frontline conversations with creators and managers directly shape what we build. You have strong opinions and you share them.

Scale yourself and others. High performers here get to build. Prove yourself and you'll have the opportunity to lead teams, expand into new verticals, and take on strategic growth initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

- 4+ years of quota-carrying, outbound-heavy sales experience at a high-growth startup — SaaS, marketplace, tech, or creator economy

- A track record of not just hitting quota, but hunting it down — you have stories of building pipeline from nothing and closing against the odds

- AI-native: you are actively using AI tools today to prospect, personalize outreach, manage your pipeline, and find efficiency everywhere. This is non-negotiable.

- High-volume prospecting DNA — whether that came from an SDR/BDR background or just how you operate, you understand the discipline and process behind consistent top-of-funnel generation

- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and speed; you build the plane while flying it and you prefer it that way

- Exceptional at opening cold doors and building real trust quickly — with creators, managers, and executives alike

Nice to Have

- Existing relationships in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital media

- Experience selling into or working with management firms, agencies, or media companies

- SDR/BDR background — we deeply value the grit and process discipline that comes from high-volume prospecting roles

SUCCESS METRICS

You'll be measured on partnership volume, creator onboarding quality, and relationship depth. Your pipeline activity, outreach velocity, and close rate are visible and they matter. This is a performance-first culture — your output determines your trajectory here.

WHY JOIN AGENTIO

Build something foundational. The relationships you establish now will define the future of creator-brand partnerships. You're not filling a seat — you're laying infrastructure.

Access and impact. You'll work directly with some of the biggest names in media and entertainment, and the executives who represent them.

Career growth on a steep curve. You're joining a team of five with a front-row seat to rapid scaling. Hungry operators who prove themselves early will grow fast — into leadership, new verticals, and beyond.
