• Coordinate quality inspections, factory acceptance testing (where applicable), field testing, and third-party inspections.

• Monitor contractor quality control programs and ensure deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner.

• Conduct routine field inspections to verify workmanship and installation quality across architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

• Support equipment installation verification, pre-functional inspections, and system readiness for commissioning.

Safety and Commissioning

• Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements.

• Participate in safety meetings, site walks, and incident investigations while supporting continuous safety improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate closely with commissioning teams during equipment startup, integrated systems testing, owner demonstrations, and facility turnover.

• Support substantial completion, punch list management, owner training, and final project acceptance.

Project Support

• Support the Project Manager in managing project scope, schedule, quality, budget, and risk.

• Prepare daily field reports documenting construction progress, manpower, inspections, project milestones, and field observations.
