ABOUT CONDOR

Every year, hundreds of billions of dollars are invested to discover and develop new therapies, yet the financial infrastructure behind that work has not kept pace. Clinical operations and finance live in disconnected worlds, forcing teams to make high-stakes decisions using fragmented tools and static data.

Condor exists to change that. We are a system of action, building the financial intelligence layer that will power the next era of clinical development. Condor connects clinical operations, vendor activity, and financial signals into a single, real-time intelligence layer, giving R&D and finance leaders true command over how their organizations operate. Our platform is pharma-native, AI-driven infrastructure — built around an operation layer of guarded, audited business logic, a bitemporal source of truth, and AI agents that reason over real clinical and financial data. We are a high-growth Series A company backed by Insight Partners, Felicis, and 645 Ventures, growing rapidly with Top 200 biopharma companies.

Condor is pharma-native, AI-driven infrastructure built to scale industry standards we helped define with Big 4 partners. It powers prediction, control, and execution across the most complex R&D environments in the world.

WHY THIS MATTERS NOW

Condor has moved past proving the concept. Enterprise teams already trust Condor to run critical operations and finance. The work ahead is the hardest part: scaling something people depend on when the stakes are this high.

Condor is a high-growth company backed by top institutional partners like Felicis and 645 Ventures, growing rapidly with Top 200 biopharma companies. This is a rare opportunity to help build foundational infrastructure that will shape how new therapies reach patients.

THE ROLE

As a Staff Product Manager at Condor, you will own some of the most critical surfaces of the financial intelligence platform that enterprise biopharma teams rely on to run their operations and finance. This is a high-impact role at the center of how Condor translates complex domain reality into products customers trust to make decisions.

You will be responsible for defining product strategy and execution across major platform areas, from financial intelligence workflows to data-driven automation and AI-powered capabilities. Working closely with the VP of Product, you will help turn company-level strategy into clear product direction, while maintaining direct ownership of roadmap prioritization, problem definition, and delivery.

This role requires deep analytical thinking and strong execution. You will work day-to-day with engineering, design, customer success, and domain experts to build solutions in complex, data-heavy domains such as financial forecasting, accruals automation, and structured and unstructured data workflows. You will be expected to develop strong intuition for customer workflows, make hard tradeoffs, and ensure that what ships is both correct and usable in real-world enterprise environments.

This role is for a product leader who wants real ownership, close proximity to customers, and the opportunity to shape how a new category is defined.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Engage deeply with customers, services, and SMEs to gather insights, validate solutions, and ensure product decisions reflect real-world financial and clinical workflows.

- Lead feature delivery from concept through UAT and release, ensuring high-quality, timely execution across sprints.

- Define clear requirements, inc. high-quality user stories, manage the backlog, and drive consistent execution with engineering and design.

- Demonstrate strong capability in shaping and delivering AI-driven product functionality, e.g. workflow automation, model-assisted features, data intelligence, and predictive insights.

- Analyze product usage data, define success metrics, and apply quantitative and qualitative insights to refine the roadmap.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth delivery.

- Triage bugs, customer issues, and operational gaps, driving efficient root-cause analysis with engineering and services.

- Communicate product and release progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS, ideally in finance, FP&A, clinical trial operations, analytics, or workflow automation.

- Demonstrated ability to own a product area independently - defining strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable outcomes.

- Strong experience with AI-enabled product experiences, including leveraging LLMs, automation workflows, or data intelligence models to improve user outcomes.

- High proficiency working with structured data, financial logic, or operational workflows where precision is critical.

- Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams in highly iterative environments.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
