Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in industrial assembly lines, preferably in the HVAC industry, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes focused on assembly line operations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Quality, Scheduling, Design Engineering, and sheet metal Fabrication. This role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools and presenting solutions to higher management. The candidate will also take ownership of projects, acting as the lead and primary point of contact with internal and external contractors and contributors. As well as identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions. A strong background in 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques is essential, along with the ability to lead and deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
