About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Social team at Robinhood is building the products that help customers share, discover, and connect around their financial journeys — bringing transparency and community to personal finance in a way that has never been done before. We sit at the intersection of product, engineering, data science, and content to create experiences that are as intuitive as they are engaging. Our team moves fast, experiments constantly, and holds the bar high for both craft and impact. We care deeply about understanding our users, and we design with empathy, rigor, and a shared belief that great design makes financial access more equitable!

As a Product Designer on the Social team, you'll own end-to-end design of social and community features across Robinhood's consumer mobile app — from initial concepts through polished, shipped product. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to shape how millions of customers discover, share, and engage with financial content. You'll translate ambiguous problems into clear, considered design solutions and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Robinhood's design system. This is a meaningful opportunity to help define what community-driven investing looks like on mobile at scale.

This role is based in our Bellevue, WA; Menlo Park, CA; and New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.
