This position is located in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Youth Programs Division (ECA/PE/C/PY). The incumbent supervises Participant Monitoring Unit staff in developing and executing strategies and processes to monitor the health, safety, and welfare of teen-aged participants in youth exchange programs and works with program teams to oversee the performance of grantee non-profit organizations, to administer ECA's youth exchanges to and from the United States.
