The primary purpose of this position is: To provide a shift manager/duty officer for any of the three shifts encompassing all air terminal operations, to provide 24/7 coverage. Represents the Commander and Operations Officer to ensure mission accomplishment with regard to the movement of cargo and passengers within the Defense Transportation System.
