Attorney Advisor (Personnel and General Law)

The Office of Personnel and General Law advise on complex issues ranging from labor relations to personnel policies to ethics. Our attorneys exercise a broad range of legal skills including working directly with clients to solve personnel problems and provide ethics advice, working closely with the agency's Labor Relations Officer on labor matters, litigating personnel law and labor disputes, creating and presenting training, and advising on the agency's external civil rights program.
